Chatter Ticket Policies
There are no refunds or exchanges
All sales are final unless a performance is canceled. Performers and programming subject to change.
No Tickets to Lose
You will not receive a physical ticket; you simply check in at the door where your name(s) will be on the list. You will receive an email when your order is complete. Plus, you can always log into your Chatter account (see below) to check your order history.
We open the doors about an hour before starting time; you're welcome to come early to claim any available seat.
If you have purchased an Under-30 ticket, you will be asked to show your ID at the door.
Box Office Hours
We staff our Help Desk before and after all performances to answer your questions. There are no other box office hours.
Chatter offers rewards for FREQuent attendance. You accumulate 1 point for each $1 spent. These points have no cash value and are redeemable only toward future ticket purchases. For example, 150 points equals a $15 savings at check-out. Chatter reserves the right to modify this program from time to time.
Setting up your Account
At check-out, you’ll be offered the opportunity to Create an account. This will streamline future purchases . . . and it is the only place where your FREQpoints will accumulate.
All performances are in settings that are wheelchair accessible.
This site is the only legitimate source for tickets to Chatter performances.
